Surveys are used to query your subscribers, audience members, employees questions on line. This is such an important tool to keep up with what your audience needs, wants and will buy. I also use this type of tool to register individuals for my events.

Surveys are crucial to a speaker Freeonline is great for firsttimers and they charge very little for personalization; Surveymonkey is great and easier on the eye.. this is my favorite free one. Constant contact survey is what I use because I can easily link to my email list, but it can be pricey.
