HOW ABOUT CREATING A MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM IN 2012?

I've been asked for years this question over and over...how did you create your membership program. This is a BIG question.
It could take me hours to answer this... and it's so much more than a website. A membership program allows you to share your expertise with others continuously in various formats. This type of program keeps you in a mode of consistent business and empowers you to create and stay on top of your game.
When someone invests in your membership program they are asking you to mentor them. It's an important responsibility and I've had the pleasure of mentoring hundreds of entrepreneurs! Just in 2011 alone I personally mentored more than 60 entrepreneurs and this in addition to my speaking. I've flown all over the country to facilitate private days which allows me and the entrepreneur to plan out their entire year. Heck, I actually flew to Mexico in January for a private retreat.

What's great about a membership program is you can mentor entrepreneurs or which ever audience you serve virtually. You can also offer different membership levels to satisfy different budgets.
