Calculate the value you offer by asking previous clients what impact your services had on their financial and marketshare growth ($ and %.)
Going forward, develop a baseline before providing services by including your prospects in the process. Approximately 3 months after services are provided, determine growth in $ and %. Use this information in your future presentations to validate how previous clients benefitted.
Your Benefits: 1. You will realize your true impact and value; 2. Your clients will realize the impact your services made; and, 3. You will be forced to maintain contact with your clients after your services have been provided. Great opportunity to ask for referrals and future possiblilities!
