I met this lovely woman at a NY National Speakers Association event and I was instantly inspired. She shared her story of how she reinvented herself and landed a mention in the "O" magazine. I can remember struggling with my professional identity online. Ruta called me, must have known of my pain, and ripped me into shape. She's honest, tough talking and a bundle of knowledge.
