These 75-minute live Q&A sessions take place over the phone on the third Tuesday in every month at 7:00 PM EST. (New York time).

Each live call is recorded and available for playback in the Private Members' Area with the National Center for Speaker Training. You can review whatever you missed by playing the recording right off the webpage. Just click the play button and the audio will start.

The online digital recordings will be available in an MP3 format 1 business day after the live call has ended.
